It has begun to snow this morning, in a steady, pouring bit of fluff that threatens to pile up as the day wears on if it keeps up this pace. Just glad that I refilled the bird feeders yesterday, because they are crammed full of cold, hungry birdies.
There is a pot of steel cut oats bubbling away on the stove, full of apples and bananas and cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup. It smells like heaven in a cooking pot.
Life is good.
