And Then Exhaustion Set In...

According to my UP band, I am averaging around 4 and a half hours of sleep a night.  Seeing that I am in bed much longer than that, it is a wee bit irritating.

Probably due to lack of sleep.

I have been trying everything when I wake up and can't nod back off again:  flip the pillow to get it to the cool side so I can be comfortable; going to bed earlier and reading for a bit before lights out; no electronics after a certain time; no caffeine after 2:00 pm; etc., etc.  You name it, I have been trying it.

But nothing seems to be working.

There has to be a better way than trudging through my own life.  If only I could sleep on it...
