Isn't it funny how time seems to pass by in the blink of an eye in terms of how quickly your child grows up, but so slowly when what you are dealing with is less than pleasant?
It all has to be a trick of the mind, a shift in perspective somehow in how you are seeing and feeling the world around you.
But it is worth thinking about in terms of mind over matter: how do you change your perception to make something difficult pass by not as slowly as molasses in January, but instead to whiz by in the blink of an eye?
And how wonderful is a mind that is capable of doing just that?
