Saturday Sunshine

It is a gorgeous morning here. We had a severe storm pass through the area yesterday, and all the rain has scrubbed the sky clear and blue.

The sunshine and cooler temperatures are calling us outside.  I feel some time at the park coming on for today.

Found a great baked chicken thighs recipe that we really enjoyed for dinner last night.   I highly recommend this roast chicken thighs with tomatoes and herbs -- it was delicious.  We had it with a green salad with feta and a sharp vinaigrette.  Seriously yummy!
