Let It Snow

We had gas logs installed in our living room fireplace yesterday. I've wanted them for a while, but we could never seem to find someone who could install them safely at a time when we could actually get them done.

Until now.

Am looking forward to the snow days to come and all the puzzles, games and coloring with The Peanut. She is, too -- in fact we're doing a puzzle and also coloring right now. In life? It really is the little things.

Funny that we'd wake up this morning and find that it had snowed in the night -- and is still snowing as I type this morning. Serendipity is a beautiful thing.

Enjoy a little Sinatra while I sip my warm cuppa coffee and hang with my family in our cozy space.  Savor the little joys, folks, you have no idea how long you may get them...
