Chargrilled Fun

We're headed out to a picnic/cookout with friends for Labor Day.

I've spent the weekend making two huge batches of chocolate fudge -- one with walnuts, one without any nuts -- to take with us.  It was a special request.

Luckily the weather cooperated by getting cooler the last coupla days, so the fudge was able to set up nicely.

Generally, the only time I make any fudge is for the Christmas cookie and candy trays, so it was kinda strange making some in the heat.  But after a few bouts of taste testing (can't serve it without testing  it first, now can we?), Mr. ReddHedd and I have decided that it is sufficiently tasty to share with others.

Well, maybe it needs one more testing...

Hope everyone has a great Labor Day.
